What if AI isn't the right fit for us?
Then you don't pay. We agree how we'll measure it at kickoff. If nothing clears the bar by day five, we stop and you don't pay. Some problems are better solved with a report, a form, a tidier spreadsheet or a single rule in the system you already have. Finding that out before you spend on a build is the point.
What does the AI Readiness & Automation Assessment cost and how long does it take?
It costs NZ$10,000 + GST, fixed and agreed before we start. It takes two weeks. From your side, it needs an afternoon with the people who do the work. The fee is credited against a follow-on build agreed within 90 days.
Do I have to buy anything after the plan?
No. The plan and the automation are yours, written and handed over so you or anyone else can run them. Some people bring us back for the build. Some do it themselves. Both are fine by us.
Where does our data go?
Wherever you agree it can, and nowhere else. We decide that with you, in writing, before anything is built. The options run from major AI providers on terms that suit NZ businesses to models running where your data already lives.
How do you keep it safe?
Everything we build sees only what it needs, and every action is on record. Anything you couldn't undo, like paying money, deleting records or emailing customers, waits for a person. Anything it reads is treated as untrusted, so a crafted email can't talk it into something.
Which AI models do you use?
The one that fits the job and the risk. Usually a current model from a major provider. Where data can't leave, or the job is narrow, a private or smaller one. We aren't tied to a vendor, and we switch when a better fit turns up.
