How ready is your business for AI?

Nine quick questions, one at a time, about 2 minutes. At the end you get your score and a report built from your answers.

  • Where you sit on six pillars, from data to appetite
  • The one lever that moves your score most
  • Three next moves, and where we'd start

Nothing is saved until the end, and nothing is shared. We ask for your email at the end, to send your report.

How the AI Readiness Score works

Nine questions about how your business runs today: your team, the software you use, where your information lives, and the jobs that fill your week. At the end you leave your email, and your score and report arrive straight away.

Your answers are scored across six areas: Data, People, Stack, Process, Strategy and Governance. Some count for more than others, because clean data and a team that will use new tools matter more than a policy document.

Together they make a score out of 100, in one of four bands:

  • Starting out (0–30): curious, with no plan yet.
  • Foundations first (31–60): fix the basics before buying tools.
  • Nearly there (61–85): a few gaps between you and a first project.
  • Ready to build (86–100): pick the first job and start.

The report shows the area that lifts your score most, the jobs worth handing over first, three next moves and what we'd build first. You can keep it as a PDF.

Questions

Is the AI Readiness Score free?
Yes. Answer nine questions, leave your email, and you get your score and the full report, with a PDF to keep.
How is it different from the paid assessment?
The score is a 2-minute check built from your answers. The AI Readiness & Automation Assessment is two weeks of work with us: we look at your data, sit with the people doing the work, build at least one working automation and write the plan for the rest. It costs NZ$10,000 + GST. If we can't find something worth automating, you don't pay.
Who sees my answers?
Voidforge does, to write your report. We don't sell or share your answers. Our ad and analytics tools are told you finished the score, never what you answered. We email you the report and a few short follow-ups with practical steps, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Is it right for my business?
It's built for New Zealand businesses with fewer than 100 people, sole traders and small teams included. If it's just you or a few people, you get a shorter result with what to do first on your own. Larger teams get a conversation in place of the score, because nine questions can't cover that much.
