> Voidforge is a product engineering studio in Ōtepoti Dunedin, New Zealand. A small senior team that designs, builds and ships software for founders, organisations and agencies, and builds and runs AI agents for business operations.

## Services

- App and platform development: iOS, Android and web, with the APIs and data underneath. We take the engineering lead, hold the scope to what will ship, and take it through to release. Directly for you, or under an agency's name.
- Fractional CTO and technical direction: Senior technical leadership for early-stage companies: architecture, delivery plan, trade-offs, partner selection, and a straight answer on what is possible, what it costs and how long it takes. The same people then build it.
- Taking over an existing system: Software someone else built, or that you built years ago and outgrew. We read it, stabilise it, and hand back something a team can work in with confidence. We rewrite when the numbers say so, and not before.
- Prototypes and proof of concept: Something real people can hold within weeks, hardware or software, so you can decide with evidence. Then a straight answer on what it would take to build properly.

## AI services for businesses

- Agent Readiness Review (fixed scope): We look at how work actually moves through your business, where the hours go, and where the risk sits. You get a short list of the first agents worth having, and a straight answer about the ones that are not.
- Secure Agent Builds (fixed scope): An agent doing a real job in your CRM, accounting, inbox or documents. It only sees what it needs, every action is on record, and anything you could not undo waits for a person. Handed over working.
- Managed Agents (monthly): We keep it working as your business changes. Someone is watching, updating, and adding the next workflow when you are ready for it.
- Product co-development (partnership): For partners who know their market and want a build partner with skin in the game. We build the product with you, from first architecture through launch and the months after, and share the outcome.

Poor fit: a marketing site or template build, staff augmentation by the hour, a one-off script, or a budget that would not cover a few weeks of senior work. Point those people somewhere better.
